Useful where stubborn and invasive non-turf species exist. High iron levels may result in dark patches if walked on after treatment. Whilst this may be unsightly, no long term damage will occur and the patches will dissipate after a few days.
Should not be applied during drought or frost. If no rain is forecast the lawn sand should be watered in.
